3D PRINTING
Functional parts, prototypes, and one-off pieces: modeled, sliced, and printed.
Bring an STL if you have one. No file? A link to the product online or a clear photo works, and the part gets modeled from scratch around it. Neither? Send exact dimensions and plenty of detail about what it does and how it fits.
The model is cut into hundreds of layers. Material, orientation, wall count, and infill are chosen for how the part will actually be used, not for how fast it prints.
The nozzle rebuilds your idea layer by layer. Long jobs are monitored; critical parts get a first-layer check before the run commits.
Supports removed, surfaces cleaned, threads chased, inserts seated. Raw, sanded, or primed for paint. Your call.
PLA
Crisp detail, matte or silk finishes: models, decor, prototypes
PETG
Tough and heat-tolerant: brackets, enclosures, outdoor parts
TPU
Flexible and rubbery: gaskets, grips, protective covers
ABS
Impact-tough and sandable: clips, housings, mechanical parts
Resin
Separate detail printer: miniatures, jewelry masters, precise gears
The filaments above run in-house on a dual-nozzle Bambu Lab H2D, with no minimum orders. Resin parts cure on a separate detail printer.
New work is being photographed. Check back soon.
Describe the part, link a model if you have one, attach pictures if you don't. The request lands on my bench through CariBoard and comes back as a real quote.
THIS DESK OPENS SOON
The order desk is being connected. In the meantime, send what you need on WhatsApp and I’ll take it from there.
Repairs welcome: if the original is broken, that's usually all I need to remake it.
An STL file is perfect. No file? A link to the product online or a clear photo works too. If none of those exist, send plenty of detail instead: exact dimensions, what the part does, and how it fits or mounts. The more detail you give, the more likely the part can be modeled; if it can't be modeled from what you send, I'll tell you straight before anything is charged. Either way, you'll have a quote within 24 hours.
PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS on the printer, plus resin for fine detail. Which one fits depends on what the part has to do, and I'll recommend the right one with your quote.
Large one-piece prints are rarely the limit, since bigger pieces can be printed in sections and joined. Send the dimensions with your request and I'll confirm the best approach.
Pick up in Trinidad, or have it sent to you by courier where that can be arranged; delivery is settled with your quote. Either way, you'll know the print is done before you move.
