Every job starts with a quote, and custom work gets a proof: artwork for an engraving, a model preview for a print, a written proposal for a build. Nothing is burned, printed, or shipped until you’ve approved what you’re getting. A quote is a real price, not an opener; if the scope changes, the price is re-agreed before the work continues.
Dates given with a quote are honest estimates, not guarantees. Machines queue, materials arrive late, and when that affects your job you’ll hear it from me first, not discover it at the deadline.
Orders and payments run through the order desks on this site, powered by CariBoard, the commerce platform built and operated by this studio, under the terms published there. Finished pieces are picked up in Trinidad or delivered as agreed on the order.
Physical pieces are yours the moment they’re paid for and handed over. Web work follows the engagement it was quoted under. Bought outright, the code, accounts, and domain are fully yours at handover. On the monthly plan, the small build fee is only possible because of a one-year minimum: for that first year the site remains the studio’s, hosted, maintained, and run for you. Once the first year is paid, ownership passes fully to you: keep the plan running and forget about it, or take everything over from there. The studio may photograph finished work for the showcase unless you ask otherwise.
Approved proofs are the reference: if what you receive doesn’t match what you approved, it gets fixed or remade at no cost. Changes after approval are new work and quoted as such. For anything beyond the price of the job itself, the studio’s liability ends at what you paid for that job.
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions before you order are always welcome: brandonlitren@gmail.com.
