A small build fee, then I keep it running.
A much smaller fee up front, and a monthly plan that keeps the site hosted, maintained, and supported. You use it, I run it. The plan has a one-year minimum; that's what makes the small build fee possible. After the first year the site is fully yours: stay on the plan and forget about it, or take everything over.

Who owns the site when it's done?
Buy it outright and the whole thing is handed over documented: code, domain, accounts, fully yours from day one. The monthly plan is the forget-about-it option: I host, maintain, and support it while you simply use it. It carries a one-year minimum, which is what makes the small build fee possible. Once the first year is paid the site is fully yours, whether you stay on the plan or take it over.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, which is exactly what the free discovery call settles. You'll have a written proposal within 48 hours of the call, with a timeline attached to it.
Can you work on a site that already exists?
Yes. Whether it needs a redesign, new features, or a rescue, the process is the same: we scope it together on a call and you get a clear proposal before anything starts.
What happens after launch?
Nothing ships and disappears. Outright builds end with a documented handover; monthly plans include hosting, maintenance, and support, with new features added for small agreed fees as you grow.
